Terms of ServiceSHIPPING: Your item(s) will be packaged with the greatest of care. I wrap all of my items and will mail them in the appropriate box or bubble mail envelope, as I want your item(s) to arrive to you in the best condition possible. Items will be shipped via USPS within 2-3 business days of payment received. Orders will not be mailed out on Sundays or major Holidays. Tracking numbers are included in your shipping cost. Once the package leaves my hands, I am no longer responsible for the package. It is the buyers responsibility to contact the Post Office if there is an issue with shipping or their package is damaged in any way. I will combine shipping, if ordering more than 1 item.
PAYMENTS: I accept Paypal and all major Credit/Debit cards. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and number that your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
ORDERS: I encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
PURCHASE OF CARDS: If you purchase any of my hand-made cards and you are going to be mailing them out, please make sure that you check the postage amount with your post office. Some cards may need extra postage due to their thick embellishments, size or shape.
RETURNS: You will have 14 days after receiving the item to contact me regarding a return/refund. The refund will be given as money back and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return shipping.
